News Free e-parking lot for visitors

The number of newly registered electric cars in Switzerland is increasing. In 2017, just under 5,000 electric cars were registered. An increasing number of visitors have started to travel to Bystronic in Niederönz in their e-cars. Hence Bystronic would like to support its customers and visitors who drive electric cars.

A parking lot for e-cars is now available in the visitors’ car park. The parking lot, which is marked in green, is located directly in front of the Bystronic reception. Customers and visitors can charge their electric cars there free of charge from 06:00 to 20:00 hours. Visitors with an electric car, park in the e-parking lot and report to reception where the charging station is activated. This allows Bystronic customers and visitors to charge their electric cars for free.

At night and on weekends, the charging station is available to everyone. During these times, electric cars can be charged against payment using the smart-me app.
